RELO Direct® Vice President Dianne Amos Speaks on Talent Strategies at Global Human Resources Meeting

CHICAGO – (10/13/11) – Dianne Amos, vice president of client services for RELO Direct®, addressed a group of representatives for International Automotive Components recently, speaking on talent management strategies at this global human resources meeting held in Detroit, MI.

Amos was invited to share her knowledge on assessing, recruiting and retaining key employees and built a case for the integration of mobility and talent management with the human resource leaders in attendance. Her presentation highlighted best practice strategies to support talent management initiatives, addressing cultural adaptability and mobility policy trends.

“It was a privilege to engage with some of the top human resource leaders from around the world, coming together to focus on ways to elevate Human Resources efforts on a global scale to meet business objectives and fully support the talent behind those objectives,” Amos said.
