H1B Path to EB5 in USA at $500,000 with Loan Option
We are introducing a new product called "H1B Path Plus" that requires at least $500,000 to start the EB-5 green card process plus another $100,000 within 12 months. With these amounts in this timeline, we can be allowed to file the Petition and set the Priority Date as early as month 1 or no later than month 12 depending on your financial position. This additional product was created due to the concern of several H1B holders who have access to additional monies and did not want to wait to file the I-526 petition until month 24 as described in our "H1B Path" product. If given another 12 months, they could reasonably raise another $100,000 to move up the timeline to file their Petition. We were also told that several from this group themselves or their parents had assets in India that could be available to serve as collateral for a loan to invest in the EB-5 green card. To provide a service to these clients, we sought and received interest from private individuals and third-party lenders in Mumbai, India to provide loans based on secured collateral. We hope to facilitate a process for our clients who may not have all the ready cash but have sufficient collateral for a loan to be extended to start the EB-5 green card process.As stated before, one of the most important events in the EB5 green card process is to secure the Priority Date as early as possible since the line for visas will likely not get shorter any time soon given the demand in green cards. As a result of the high demand, the USCIS website is now showing the processing time for the I-526 petition is taking between 33 to 50 months with the average being 41.5 months or 3.5 years.
