Gardere Litigation Chair Richard Faulk Lends Expertise to Appellate Treatise

HOUSTON – Houston lawyer Richard O. Faulk, Chair of the Litigation Department of Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP, is among the noted appellate attorneys to be chosen as contributing experts to the Law Journal Press’ recently released “Appellate Practice in Federal and State Courts.” Mr. Faulk is the author of the core chapter “Writing Appellate Briefs.”
