New Interface Allows Further Intranet and Extranet IntegrationSAN DIEGO, CA (October 5, 2011) – IFX, the premier technology company and strategic firm, introduced a new User Interface Version 3.0 to help the integration of a company’s existing intranet and extranet systems. As the leading applications service provider for franchisor-franchisee communications systems, this new system incorporates a faster, easy to use and more functional design than the previous user interface. Using real-world strategies and consumer feedback, this new design allows for increased and more in depth communication between the franchisee and franchisor, including improvement in franchisee buy-in and franchisee retention.
The New Interface 3.0 includes seven special features for IFX clients to make use of. Among these, some include a new navigation format for a more stylish look and feel, more editor content management, unlimited video upload/sharing capability and a photo gallery module with automated rotating images. Each new feature of the New Interface 3.0 comes with a series of strategies for franchisors to implement designed to maximize franchisee use and retention of information. With the addition of these properties, new Interface users will be able to access a fully integrated support and communication system to better meet the needs of their business with simple navigation of multiple collaboration feature and access to the latest support documentation.
