Press release from: BubbleBum

At the 2011 JPMA sponsored by the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association the award for innovation was given to BubbleBum, the affordable, light-weight, portable, inflateable car booster seat.

Orlando, FL, October 05, 2011 -- BubbleBum, the affordable, light-weight inflatable car booster seat is pleased to announce that they have been awarded the coveted Innovation Award by the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA). Every year, JPMA holds a competition for the most innovative products in the market. Entries are evaluated by a selection committee of trade media representatives and industry retail buyers, and judged on their innovation, marketability, trend-setting potential, appeal, and usefulness.

The portable, inflatable, foldable BubbleBum is sure to carry its award winning reputation throughout the United States. With its revolutionary design, the BubbleBum portable car booster seat comes with seat belt positioning clips in place of arm rests and fits in small spaces, making it possible to fit three kids in car seats across the back seat and meets all booster seat safety requirements. It easily deflates after use allowing it to be stored in a backpack, flight bag, trunk or even a large purse. It weighs approximately 1lb, and because it is inflatable and soft-sided it is much more comfortable than a regular booster seat.

BubbleBum already has an award winning reputation. It was the winner of the “For the Journey” award from Tots to Travel, Just Go Awards 2011 as well as the “Best Travel Product” award from Practical Parenting 2010/2011.

JPMA is a national trade organization representing 95% of the prenatal to preschool industry. Today, JPMA represents 250 companies in the United States, Canada, and Mexico who manufacture, import and/or distribute infant products such as cribs, car seats, strollers, bedding, and a wide range of accessories and decorative items.

JPMA has been recognized as an organization dedicated to enhancing children’s product safety. JPMA’s extensive history of leadership in juvenile product safety includes the development of a comprehensive Certification Program to help guide parents and caregivers toward purchasing juvenile products that are built with safety in mind.
