Kuwait Petroleum Corporation will once again host Kuwait Oil and Gas Summit & Exhibition

Kuwait (26 September 2011): Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) has confirmed they are set to officially host the Kuwait Oil & Gas Summit & Exhibition, taking place on 12-15 February 2012 at the Regency Hotel, Kuwait.

In his letter of support, Mr. Farouk Al-Zanki, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors & CEO of KPC confirms that ‘based on the success of the 2011 Kuwait Oil & Gas Summit and Exhibition it gives us great pleasure to inform you that Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) will officially support the Kuwait Oil & Gas Summit and Exhibition 2012 as well as the “Leaders in Excellence” seminar to run alongside the conference, as organised by the CWC Group’.

Mr. Farouk Al-Zanki will lead a distinguished KPC delegation, participating in speaking, sponsorship and attendance at the Summit.

Networking is at the heart of the event, including an evening reception and a gala dinner on 12 February. Participants will benefit from the opportunity to meet face-to-face with the new Kuwaiti and international stakeholders and engage in real dialogue with key decision makers, government officials and industry experts to drive their business interests.

The summit will explore the opportunities and challenges of Kuwait oil and gas in a global context, focusing on sharing knowledge and discussing new technologies and best practices.

The programme will address the critical issues and discuss the strategies for future development and prospects for future ETSA agreements, regional cooperation in energy security and the opportunities in Kuwait’s downstream market.
