QuEST Global Announces Acquisition of INTERFACE to Further Enhance Its Service Offerings
SINGAPORE, 19th September-- QuEST Global Engineering, a leading product development and engineering solutions company, with headquarters in Singapore, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of INTERFACE of Spain, a company with key capabilities in Product Design, Engineering of Processes and Logistic Support. The competencies acquired through this acquisition would include Test / Integration Engineering, Avionic System Engineering, Integrated Logistic Support, Process Engineering or Tech Translations and Technical Publications among others. This milestone further empowers QuEST Global to offer one of the broadest portfolios in end-to-end global engineering services, focused on helping clients accelerate growth and mitigate risks and optimize costs.This acquisition increases the headcount of QuEST Global to 2700 employees worldwide, thereby creating a milestone in QuEST’s diversification strategy and bringing them a step closer to achieving their 2015 goals.
INTERFACE, founded in 2003, is a Madrid based company, possessing key competencies in product & systems engineering, support engineering and process engineering catering to the aeronautical, power generation, oil & gas, naval and industrial markets. With its footprints spread across 9 cities in Spain, including Madrid, Sevilla, Valladolid, Ferrol, Cádiz, Zamudio, Cartagena, Pamplona, and Albacete, INTERFACE has a team of 224 engineers capable of supporting both military applications and commercial applications. The company’s experience serving global majors spans equipment design, system design and technical documentation.
