Experience Luang Prabang on the Eco-Friendly E-Bike with

Exotissimo is pleased to present one of its most popular day trip programs; the Luang Prabang by Electric Bike tour. Combining exercise, memorable sightseeing and environmentally conscious travel, the journey is a great way to absorb as much as Luang Prabang as possible in a single day.

The e-bikes travelers will be riding on are battery powered, produce no emissions and do not emit any noise at all. Users can either pedal or use the battery powered, rechargeable motor for locomotion.

A ride along the Mekong is certainly a highlight of the program. From here, guests will make towards the town, first by visiting the local market and then up Mount Phousi for some exploration of hidden temples and a bird’s eye views of the cultural city.

“If you have a day to spare in Luang Prabang, spend it touring the city via e-bike, said Henry Fenner, General Manager of Exotissimo Laos. “The machines are safe and fun to operate and you’ll learn a thing or two about this wonderful UNESCO Heritage City while you’re at it.”

Continuing on with their bikes, guests will learn about some of the country’s ethnic groups at the Traditional Art & Ethnology Center followed by an authentic Laos dining experience at Tamarind. An educational experience is next at the Elephant Asia Show, an outdoor museum aimed at its protection. Finally, travelers will take their e-bike to Ock Pop Tock, a non-profit organization that preserves traditional weaving techniques. There is also time to learn the ancient art, with a hands-on weaving experience.
