Jeffrey Goldfarb, Trey Branham of Dallas’ Goldfarb Branham Earn Spots On 2011 Texas Super Lawyers List

DALLAS – Dallas attorneys Jeffrey Goldfarb and Charles W. “Trey” Branham III, founders of the Goldfarb Branham law firm, have both been named to the 2011 Texas Super Lawyers list, an accolade limited to just 5 percent of all Texas lawyers.

The 2011 Texas Super Lawyers list appears in the October issues of Texas Monthly and Texas Super Lawyers magazines, and is available online at www.superlawyers.com.

“We are pleased to be included on the list, but the greatest honor comes from our clients, who trust us to represent them every day,” says Mr. Goldfarb.

“The fact that Texas Super Lawyers is based on peer recognition makes this special because lawyers throughout Texas were asked to name those they consider to be at the top of the practice,” adds Mr. Branham.

This is the fourth time Mr. Goldfarb has appeared on the Texas Super Lawyers list. Mr. Goldfarb advocates for leading corporations, entrepreneurs and business leaders across the country in federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as before arbitration panels. He also regularly advises clients on litigation-prevention and dispute-resolution strategies. His practice frequently involves multiple parties and complex issues in the real estate, intellectual property, partnership and fiduciary duty, and employment areas.

Mr. Branham has extensive state and federal trial litigation experience, including more than 40 trials in state and federal venues across the country. His work includes representing major multinational corporations and individual litigants in commercial litigation, from both the plaintiff and the defendant side of the docket. Mr. Branham previously was honored four consecutive times on the list of Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars.

These are the latest in a string of similar honors for Goldfarb Branham attorneys. Earlier this year, firm attorneys Anthony Lowenberg and Hamilton Lindley were named to the 2011 list of Texas Rising Stars as well.
