Press release from: Gael Ltd

Gael Ltd

Gael Ltd

Gael Ltd, developers of quality, risk and compliance management software solutions, is seeking new channel partners currently selling software solutions to the US Healthcare market. Gael’s success in Europe and Australasia, providing solutions in areas such as Blood Banks, Diagnostic Labs, Medical Research and Cancer Services, offers potential partners the opportunity for increased revenues and market penetration.

Q-Pulse, Gael’s award-winning Quality and Compliance Management solution, will allow partners to capitalize on the growing quality and compliance requirements within the US healthcare sector. With a number of US customers, Gael is keen to build on their early success and assist partners in administering healthy profits to their own business.

Gael’s partner search comes at a time when the company has enhanced their Partner Program, launching a channel strategy which has been designed to attract ambitious partners, reward sales growth and better support their growing global customer base. The program involves a variety of partner types; whether simply referring sales opportunities, managing projects from enquiry to implementation or collaborating with Gael to create added value technology solutions; Gael’s program will meet the requirements and ambitions of most potential partners.

Gerry Foley, Gael’s Global Partner Manager, said: “In the past five years Gael’s business has grown by over 570% and our ambition is to continue this growth. To help us achieve our targeted 50%, year-on-year sales increase, we require additional partners in our key markets. We hope to attract partners who will prescribe Gael and inject quality compliance management solutions into new and existing customers.”

The enhanced program, delivers financial incentives, sales and marketing tools, expert training and advanced support to those partners meeting Gael’s requirements. With Gael offices in Glasgow, Boston and Dubai, the support structure is in place to reassure partners they will “partner for success”.

Proud of their current offering, Gael’s product road map for the remainder of 2011 and 2012 will introduce a number of innovative customer solutions that will open new doors for partners, offering significant sales growth opportunities. An example of this is our new iPad applications, part of our growing mobile solutions.

Gael’s Partner Program allows partners to promote quality, risk, compliance and safety management and help customers comply with ever-stringent industry regulations. The end customer benefits by encouraging ownership of the compliance and risk management system, reducing bureaucracy and improving bottom-line performance, while partners benefit from sales growth to new and existing customers.

Gerry added: “Although we already have partners located in Europe, the US, Canada, Middle East and Australasia, we are searching for additional industry specific partners looking to grow their businesses and help Gael achieve our growth ambitions. The enhanced Partner Program allows partners’ flexibility based on their specific experience and need, with the structure enabling quality-minded organisations to grow their business alongside Gael.”

Gael appreciates that partners add value for customers in different ways and the program has been developed to support this. Our goal is to help partners develop their areas of expertise within our target markets and introduce Gael products to an increasing number of new customers.

Gerry added: “We require additional partners to inform the world of Gael’s innovative compliance management solutions. We already have 2500 customers across 80 countries worldwide, but we need additional partners to increase this.”

Since 1992, Gael Ltd has helped organisations manage governance, compliance and risk more effectively and more efficiently. Gael’s founders realised the bureaucracy surrounding compliance was unacceptable - ultimately preventing “real” work getting done, so decided to take appropriate action by developing software tools to automate routine and low value tasks required in managing Quality Management Systems (QMS).

The products and services provided by Gael have evolved enormously over the years with each iteration designed to encourage organisations to do “the right things, right” and being capable of demonstrating compliance to auditors, customers, regulators and third party organisations as required.

Gael built on their excellent reputation gained within the Manufacturing and Supply Chain sectors with entry into the Service sector in 1997, the Aviation sector in 1999 and the Healthcare sector in 2001. Tools to help Plan for Success, Safety and Risk Management have been added to the product and services portfolio over the years, enhancing the overall solutions available in our marketplace.
