Joan Erni to Discuss Innovative Luxury Referral Services at Luxury Real Estate Spring Retreat

(Seattle) – Joan Erni, a relocation expert with Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, will join a panel with four other real estate experts to discuss a new program from Luxury Real Estate called Luxury Referral Services. The panel will convene at the Luxury Real Estate Spring Retreat in Key Biscayne, Fla., which is scheduled to run from April 22 to 24.

Luxury Real Estate’s new program called Luxury Referral Services is generating positive buzz in the industry. As home buyers and sellers demand quicker responses to their inquiries, Luxury Referral Services will provide an essential tool to brokers who want to provide the best service to their customers’ changing demands.

Luxury Real Estate experts will handle referrals sent from one broker to another to ensure that both benefit from these deals and improve their customer service. Erni is a licensed sales associate, and has earned her Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist designations. She has been involved in the Relocation field for the past 17 years. Prior to being appointed vice president, she has been an outgoing coordinator, incoming coordinator, corporate property manager, and Relocation director, which helps bring understanding to all phases of the real estate industry. In her current position she is also responsible for overseeing the marketing efforts of her company’s Relocation Center.

She is an active member of the Relocation Directors Council. She serves on or has served on numerous committees including being a current member of the RDC New Membership Committee and co-planning chair of the RDC Mentor Program for this year. Her love for the industry, and enthusiastic support of the referral endeavor, makes her a willing mentor to those new to the field.
