More specifically, the City of Dallas opted for Dawn Enterprises’ 4’ square planters (PC48S) in Doeskin Brown, featuring a proprietary Con-Tex finish; this was necessary to match existing Fair Park planters.
Concrete planters are designed for durability, aesthetics and security protection, as they can easily withstand harsh weather and offer an attractive perimeter barrier.
