ABOUT BARBARA MEI


Born in Italy and raised in New York, Mei has represented some of New York City’s most prestigious homes and estates for more than 20 years, including managing the Corcoran Group’s Townhouse Division. She also independently managed more than 100,000 square feet of commercial and residential space. From age 12, helping with paperwork for her family’s rentals, her passion for real estate took root and has grown ever since. As she grew older, she succeeded in just about every facet of the real estate field, from residential and commercial property management, to construction management for new, renovation and restoration projects.

Mei also has an extensive scientific background as a research technician with prestigious research hospitals. Her methodical, tenacious approach to problem-solving is an asset in helping clients to navigate the many facets of a real estate transaction.
