According to the complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York the plaintiff alleges on behalf of purchasers of Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE: SEE) common shares between November 5, 2014 and August 6, 2018, that the defendants violated Federal Securities Laws.
