The Association, which accepts new members after a stringent application process based on the highest quality standards, earned a Gold Award in two categories: Best Hotel Chain for Business Travel and Best Hotel Chain for Customer Service. It also earned the Silver Award for Best Hotel Chain for Meeting Facilities.
