Press release from: SMI GmbH

Testimony to Reputation and Support of Future Research

For 20 years, SMI Eye Tracking Solutions are successfully used in research projects and cited in numerous scientific publications. SMI`s new “Eye Tracking Publications Database" is a compilation of customers` experience and testimony to SMI`s reputation in a variety of application fields. The new database intends to provide a quick overview of relevant work conducted with SMI eye tracking solutions and to encourage and support future research projects.

In our increasingly visually loaded world, knowing what users see and what they do not see becomes critical to objective assessments of visual attention. The additional insight into the visual aspects of communciation, usability and human behavior that only eye tracking can provide, is convincing more and more researchers to integrate SMI eye tracking solution into their research.
SMI has a long and strong heritage from the scientific and medical field and is playing highest attention to data quality and integrity. SMI systems perform best in class across an unmatched range of applications including market research; usability; gaze-based interaction; neurosciences; psychology and psycholinguistics; ophthalmology; customer research; sports; human factors and non human primate research.
Building the database is an ongoing project. If you are interested in including your publication with SMI eye tracking technology, please contact SMI !
