AXIS COMPLETES SALE OF CHEVRON GAS STATIONS AND CONVENIENCE STORES IN TUCSON, ARIZONA
AXIS Business Advisory Services, LLC (“AXIS”), acting as exclusive financial advisor to Fisher Arizona LLC is pleased to announce the successful asset sale to Western Refining Southwest, Inc. The sale consisted of Chevron branded gas stations and convenience stores in Tucson, Arizona.“This was the second transaction we closed in as many months representing owners of gas stations and convenience stores in Tucson, Arizona. Western Refining Southwest, Inc. was the acquirer in both transactions. I think it is another excellent strategic move by Western Refining as a means to lock up distribution for their refined product. AXIS has a niche in the gas station, convenience store and car wash space with multiple successful financings, sale/merger transactions, and repositionings,” said Marc Berger, Co-Managing Director for AXIS and lead principal for this transaction.
