Nair & Co. Sponsors Free Theatre Festival Event in Cupertino

(Sunnyvale, CA)— Shakespeare fans are in for a treat this summer as the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival and Nair & Co. team up for ‘Cymbeline’, starting Saturday, August 13, 2011 at Cupertino’s Memorial Park. The show continues over three weekends with performances on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays through August 28, 2011. All shows start promptly at 7:30 p.m.

Cymbeline is an enchanting and inventive fairy-tale about the trials and triumph of Princess Innogen, heir to King Cymbeline’s throne, directed by Resident Director Kenneth Kelleher who returns for his ninth season of Free Shakespeare in the Park. His past productions include Two Gentlemen of Verona, The Comedy of Errors, Pericles, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Tempest, Much Ado About Nothing, Twelfth Night, and Love’s Labour’s Lost.

The San Francisco Shakespeare Festival, which started the free theatre event in 1983, is today a leading theatre company and arts education provider and also runs programs for at-risk youth to learn communication skills, discipline, and team work through theatre.
