Communications Development Company (CDC) signs a strategic partnership with CPqD Brazil to provide solutions for telecommunications operators in the Middle East

Amman, Jordan 8/8/2011

The Communications Development Company (CDC), a premier telecommunications systems integrator in the Jordan announced today the signing of a regional distribution agreement with CPqD Brazil, a provider of next generation operations and business support systems for the telecommunications industry, including convergent billing systems.

“CPqD's Convergent Billing Platform is a solid addition to our portfolio of services for telecom network operators; the regional market will now benefit from the strategic partnership of both companies, considering their long experience and knowledge of their customers´ needs," says Hisham Baker Business Development Director for CDC.

CPqD’s Billing solution is part of a broader suite of Operations/Business support systems (OSS/BSS) for network operators including automated customer care, work-order management, service provisioning, inside and outside plant management, workforce management, and service access management. CPqD’s OSS/BSS solutions are developed with an open system architecture to support increasing numbers of products, services, customers and transactions.
