The Red Lion in Norwich
Local lady Amanda Rose has snapped up The Red Lion pub in Bishopgate, Norwich in what is her first pub acquisition.
The riverside pub was sold by UK Pub Sales on behalf of Pam Fitzgerald, who has owned The Red Lion for the last 9 years and has run many more pubs besides with her partner John Whyman. As Pam and John retire from the pub trade, new owner Amanda’s moves into The Red Lion armed with a background in catering, which will no doubt serve her well in her new venture.
The sale completed on Monday this week (25th July) and is held on the balance of a 20 year Enterprise Inns Lease from 2001.
