Kettering Lettings Agent Recognised as A Property Professional of Excellence

Harpreet Garcha, a Kettering based lettings agent with Belvoir Lettings has successfully passed an NFoPP (National Federation of Property Professionals) Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.

Kettering, UK, July 25, 2011 -- Harpreet Garcha, a Kettering based lettings agent with Belvoir Lettings has successfully passed an NFoPP (National Federation of Property Professionals) Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. This well-respected Award is not only a nationally-recognised industry qualification but is also an entry requirement of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) – the only professional, self-regulating body specialising in raising and maintaining practise standards in the UK private rental sector.

Harpreet who started his career as a manager at KPMG, has been working as a letting agent in Kettering for five years. Harpreet purchased the franchise for Belvoir residential lettings agency in Kettering in 2006 after two years of working at KPMG had given him an insight into how businesses work and had a desire to apply this to his own business rather than somebody else’s.

Harpreet who now runs three Belvoir Lettings offices in Kettering, Desborough & Coventry said: “I decided to start studying towards this qualification as a result of a desire to broaden my knowledge base and I am thrilled the hard work has paid off and I have secured the Technical Award. For me, it is not only a personal achievement but evidence of our professionalism as an agency, showing our clients that they are dealing with someone who is knowledgeable and who they can trust to do a good job”.
