Improvements in all service areas marks another strong year for Payment Services Corp.
OTTAWA, ON – Payment Services Corporation, (PSC) a leading Canadian Professional Employment Organization and provider of independent contractor payment solutions announced today the release of its annual independent contractor survey results for 2011. Each year PSC polls its independent contractor community to determine the satisfaction being received through the provision of its services. A copy of the 2011 report can be downloaded from the PSC website at www.paymentservicescorp.com/psc-2011-contractor-survey-results-copy/.
"In a commodity based service, the number one differentiator that we can demonstrate to the market is the provision of exemplary services to the contractor community that we service. Clients engage us to reduce the administrative and business risks associated with the employment of independent contractors resulting in cost savings and the mitigation of potential fines and penalties associated with worker misclassification issues. Given the critical productivity these resources bring to our clients' operations, they want to be assured that the contractor community is satisfied and remains productive. In today’s environment of increased government scrutiny regarding workforce misclassification, that’s the greatest value we can provide." commented Ted Weyn, Managing Partner of PSC.
2011 results demonstrated an overall improvement in all service areas over 2010. "2010 was a good year for us but we were thrilled to see the overall improvement in 2011." said Maria Ricci, General Manager for PSC. "We follow a "Kaizen" process of continuous improvement in all areas of service, seeing an improvement over last year supported our rigor in this area of operations. Our phenomenal service team just continues to impress." Ricci went on to say.
92.7% of all surveyed respondents rated PSC's overall services as either Extremely Satisfied or Satisfied. "Being at almost 93% overall satisfaction is a great achievement by our team, but we will look to better those numbers in 2012." commented Weyn.
PSC's revenue and operating margin has more than doubled on compounded rate over the past three years. As our client and contractor ranks continue to grow, PSC will remain keenly focused on contractor risk mitigation strategies and exemplary service to our client and contractor community.
