Mixing Adventure with Insight, Exotissimo Introduces its Karen Hilltribe and Retreat Tour
Guests will be staying at the Karen Hill Tribe Lodge, where guests can enegage with the people and take part in traditional activities integral to their lives such as cotton weaving and rice planting. The outdoor adventure aspect of the trip includes a short trek around the area, where hidden natural gems will be discovered. The remaining part of it is on an elephant’s back, a unique way of exploring the jungle.
The final day starts with an early morning walk on the lookout for gibbons and tropical birds. After engaging with the Karen on some of their traditional practices. On the journey back to Chiang Mai a stop will be made at a National Park to visit Thailand's largest geyser and Mok Fha Waterfall.
