In Germany, there is a great shortage of IT professionals in almost all regions of the country. The Cologne Institute for Economic Research in Germany reported – among 96 job types that have a labor shortage, the tech sector suffers the most. According to the latest stats, Germany lacks nearly 340,000 specialists in engineering and tech jobs.
The situation in the Netherlands isn’t better either –4 out of 10 business entrepreneurs in the country consider talent shortage as the main barrier that prevents the expansion of the software development sector.
