Placement drive at ISBR Bangalore
The Bangalore Educational Trust's International School of Business & Research (ISBR Business School), ranked among top colleges in India, located in Electronic City, Bangalore recently organized a Placement Drive on 25th June 2011 for Post Graduate Students in Management. This drive was to facilitate placements among various Management students to get a right career with the corporate. The placement drive facilitated by PurpleLeap, a Pearson Educomp company and a pioneer in entry level talent management, saw participation from over 20 companies across different sectors.Over 600 students from different colleges of Bangalore as well as from outside Bangalore participated and there were over 200 jobs on offer. Corporates that participated included among others, Shoppers Stop, Country Club, Croma, IndiaMart, financial institutions like ING Vysya Bank, Bajaj Capital, Karvy, Motilal Oswal, IndiaInfoline, DreamGains and IT companies like Artech and Pivotal.
Dr. K.S. Anadaram, Director of ISBR Business School said, “We are very happy with the response that we have got from the placement drive organized this year. The students will be able to choose the right careers based on the exposure they get. This would go a long way in helping them to have proper careers. Such aggregation of jobs help both the student community and recruiters and reduce the time and cost involved in hiring. ”
