Enterprise Bank & Trust to Acquire Creve Coeur Branch of BankLiberty

June 27, 2011 (St. Louis) – Enterprise Bank & Trust, the banking subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp (NASDAQ: EFSC), announced that it has agreed to purchase certain assets and assume the liability for certain deposits of the BankLiberty branch at 11401 Olive Boulevard in Creve Coeur, MO. Enterprise intends to operate the location as a full-service branch of Enterprise Bank & Trust, subject to regulatory approval, beginning in the fourth quarter of 2011.

The Olive Boulevard location will be Enterprise’s fifth branch in the St. Louis metropolitan area. The Bank’s other St. Louis-area branches are located in Clayton, Sunset Hills, St. Peters and St. Charles. Enterprise also operates seven branches in the Kansas City area and four in the Phoenix market.

Enterprise Financial operates commercial banking and wealth management businesses in metropolitan St. Louis, Kansas City and Phoenix. Enterprise is primarily focused on serving the needs of privately held businesses, their owner families, executives and professionals.
