Elizabeth Pecha-Poelker and Matthew Wilson Elected to Enterprise Bank & Trust-Sunset Hills Region Board of Directors
June 27, 2011 (St. Louis) – Enterprise Bank & Trust, a banking subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp (NASDAQ: EFSC) added Elizabeth (Liz) Pecha-Poelker and Matthew (Matt) Wilson to its Sunset Hills Region’s Board of Directors, according to an announcement by James (Jim) Williams; chairman of the Enterprise Bank & Trust’s Sunset Hills Region Board. Williams is founder of Sunset Transportation.Poelker is the CEO of PrintFlex Graphics, Inc., founded in 1995. The company specializes in the production of labels, stickers, instant redemption coupons, folded booklets and a variety of other products for consumer packaged goods. PrintFlex serves a national client base and has been named to the INC 5000 list of fastest growing companies from 2006-2009. The management team was recently named SBA Team of the Year for Eastern Missouri.
Wilson is the CEO of Wilson Manufacturing Company. The company began supplying the flexographic industry with quality products in 1979. Since then, Wilson has evolved into a full service supplier offering everything from high tech rotary dies to simple bearing blocks. They hold several patents and offer the only machine sharpened die in the industry.
