Four Points Property Management Welcomes New Client Community, Seacrest of Broward Condominium Association.

Hialeah, Florida – May 17, 2011 - Four Points Property Management proudly announces a new Community Association Management client; Seacrest of Broward Condo Association in Hollywood Beach, Florida.

Seacrest Condo is a small 16 unit waterfront community located right on the beach in Hollywood Beach, Florida. Four Points Property Management is currently expanding its service offerings into Broward County and the company is proud to have Seacrest Condominium join its family of clients.

Four Points Property Management will provide the following services to the association as part of their Management Agreement; administrative management services, financial management services including payment of all association invoices, preparation of monthly financial statements, and also physical property management services and project management. Additionally, Four Points Property Management will prepare the associations annual budgets, annual meeting and elections, and will also provide consulting services and Board of Director support and training.

Seacrest Condominium in conjunction with the City of Hollywood, Florida is working on a major building renovation project which will consist of extensive concrete restoration, roof replacement, building paint and waterproofing, as well as exterior improvements and upgrades to hurricane windows. The Association will also use Four Points Property Management’s Project Management Services to assist in the administering and oversight of their extensive renovations and construction projects.
