Brisco is the New Face of MCN’s 420Petition.com

Miami-Based hip-hop artist teams up with the Medical Cannabis Network (MCN), a FICARR, Inc. company, to promote the fastest growing marijuana legalization petition site

Miami-based hip-hop artist British Mitchell, a/k/a Brisco is compounding his lyrical talent with his passion for pot, and standing up as the face of 420Petition.com. He’s teamed up with the Medical Cannabis Network’s (MCN) online marijuana legalization engine to spread the word about weed, and work to reverse the status of marijuana as an illegal drug.

“I’m gonna be the face of 420Petition, the urban side that’s getting the message out there,” Brisco said. “We feel left out in Florida with [marijuana] being completely illegal out here. I’m connecting with 420 Petition to do what we can politically to try to get this thing legalized.”

420Petition.com, the latest endeavor of the Medical Cannabis Network (a FICARR, Inc. company), is on a mission to gather an unbiased survey of the American people's true feelings on marijuana—and to let the people vote in true democratic style. Nearly 10,000 people have come to the site to cast their vote on whether they want weed legalized 100%, legalized for medical reasons, or kept illegal. The overwhelming majority is pro-pot and wants the illicit substance to be free for all. MCN is confident that Brisco will help drive even more people to the site to have their voices be heard.

“Brisco was selected by MCN to be the face of 420Petition because he is a huge supporter of the medical marijuana movement who is really able to connect with and get in touch with the people,” said Jason Draizin, Chairman and CEO of FICARR and MCN. “I personally felt it was perfect match because Brisco comes from an industry that can’t be affected or judged. Hip hop is bold, just like the people who oppose marijuana prohibition.”

An outspoken supporter of marijuana, Brisco will be interviewing other celebrities and hip hop entertainers to get their perspectives on pot prohibition, and teaming up with MCN to spread the word about cannabis. The Opa-locka rapper has even named his latest mixed tape in homage to the partnership: OG Kush Volume 2: The 420 Petition.

Another one of the marijuana industry’s highly recognizable names that stood out in support of 420Petition.com was Allison Margolin, a/k/a LA’s Dopest Attorney. She and her father Bruce Margolin, both esteemed defense attorneys based in California, have made their surname synonymous with marijuana defense.

“420Petition.com is the best vehicle I’ve seen that works to coalesce marijuana supporters on a national level, and to bring this important issue to the political arena,” Allison said. “For Americans who want to legalize marijuana, the collective consciousness is that it’s a human rights violation to continue incarcerating people for using and selling cannabis.”
