Sale of Lantana Media Campus (North) - Off-Market Purchase
SANTA MONICA, CA - A 278,680 square foot creative office campus at 2900 – 3000 Olympic Blvd in Santa Monica, referred to as the North Lantana Media Campus, has sold. The sellers were Artisan Realty Advisors and Brightstone Capital Partners.CoStar.com indicates that the buyer’s agents, Travis Landrum of Industry Partners and Trevor Nelson of Newmontis Real Estate Investment Management, approached the principal of Artisan, Mark Laderman, with an unsolicited off-market offer to purchase the property. Neither Travis Landrum, Trevor Nelson nor Mark Laderman were available for comment. Eastdil Secured represented the seller and confirmed the sale.
Tenants in the property include Dick Clark Productions and WeWork. The South Campus has been publicly listed for sale.
