ASCO Introduces Sigma LT Control System for 5000 Series Load Banks
The Sigma LT Control System offers best-in-class application flexibility, user-friendly features, and advanced functions. Every Sigma LT features a local control panel equipped with Digital ToggleTM switches for load bank operation. Unlike mechanical switches, Digital ToggleTM switches enable users to synchronize stepped load changes. The local panel also features full digital instrumentation for single-phase or three-phase applications. Users can conveniently change between single or three-phase applications by pressing a single switch. The control system automatically calculates and displays load values corrected for the selected mode.
The Hand-Held Controller’s optional Color Touchscreen maximizes the value of the Sigma LT Control System. The touchscreen allows users to link up to 25 load banks into a single load bank network. The networked load banks can be controlled together or individually. The Hand-Held Controller’s USB port can be used to download data and update software. Like the local control panel, the Hand-Held Controller offers full digital monitoring and control.
When equipped with the ASCO Gateway Module, the Sigma LT can also interact with common power and building monitoring systems. This module interfaces the control system with the ASCO PowerQuest® Critical Power Monitoring System and the Schneider EcoStruxure™ platform for unprecedented power system visibility and control.
