Alain Cadieux

Alain Cadieux

Alain Cadieux has been in the voiceover industry for nearly three decades and is one of the most highly regarded voice over artists in Québec.

“Alain is very talented. He has a strong mature voice. He's very professional in that he takes direction well,” says Hugo Léger of BOS Advertising. “And he also has a good sense of humour. For sure, he's one of the top voice-overs in Québec.”

Cadieux is French/English bilingual and can provide translation, copywriting, and full production services. He is a trained in dramatic acting as well as comedy and singing. He is an experienced performer on-camera for film and television in addition to voice overs.

He is frequently called upon for film dubbing. He has worked on many high profile movies doing background or atmospheric noises in films such as "Confidence" with Dustin Hoffman and Edward Norton, "A Man Apart" with Vin Diesel, "White Noise” with Michael Keaton and has provided French dubbing on all episodes of “The Kennedy’s” for a variety of the shows characters.

Cadieux got his start in voiceovers through announcer’s school and has come full circle, now teaching his own students in a program he created for voice-over narration and radio and television ads at one of the most recognised schools in Québec, "Les Ateliers Danielle Fichaud."

Alain Cadieux is celebrating 28 years in the voice over industry. He is a Canadian bilingual voice-over artist who offers services in French and English. He is able to provide translation services, copywriting, voiceover, and full production. He has a full service home based recording studio with a phone patch for creative direction.

Cadieux is a professional television and film actor, narrator, voice actor, and announcer. He is currently the French Canadian national spokesperson for Banque Nationale (National Bank) in Québec.

In recent years he has done the national campaigns in French for Bud Light, London Life, Lysol, Gain, National Bank, SAQ, CIBC, Government of Québec, NAPA Auto Parts and many more.
