Nearly 30% profit, generate apartments bought off-plan two

The details where announced by Mr. Anton Pankev, CEO of Address Bulgaria, company specializing on ski property sales and vacation compounds. www.escapetobulgaria.com

One year and a half ago, when the massive invasion of foreign capital showered the resort, purchases of real estate off- plan was with 10% discount. The other 10 – 15 percent from the return of the investment generate from the rental income during the winter season.

Lots of British and Irish families buy in bulk, 2 or 3 apartments in the resort with the main reason to receive more income from rents. For instance Pankev explains how 2 Irish brothers have purchased 5 apartments in one of the resort compounds at one property exhibition in Dublin. Foreign buyers/investors look mostly for rental income. Tourists attracted to the resort of Bansko, they use foreign agencies who charge 10 to 15 percent from the given service.

The most looked after apartment has one bedroom and area ranging from 55 sq.m to 75 sq.m.

The average price for one night in an apartment in Bansko oscillates between € 50 and € 70. At the end of the season it falls down to €40. In Bansko most of the vacation compounds are 4-star level of services.

Is no secret that for everyone Bansko is a whole year destination, the tendency is to make it more popular and more and more tourists to come, if the tendency continues, the yearly return on investment can reach 5 to 7 percent.

In the following years in Bansko we can see how the winter season closes and the summer season is open, that is the prognosis of Address Bulgaria’ s Sales Manager, Teodora Jilkova.

In the last 20 years, Europe has not delivered a new winter resort. That fact gives Bansko lots of perspectives, shares Emil Balev, partner on the 1.7 m Euro investment in Bansko, The Mountain Inn. For more details visit http://www.escapetobulgaria.com
