RTX offers the full range of OEM accessory products for DECT PABX suppliers bringing DECT functionality within the reach of all employees in businesses

RTX now launches a new complete white box concept with a Business DECT Handset phone, DECT range extenders, and Wireless Telephone Line Extender Units.

Hannover, Germany (CeBIT) – March 19 2007: RTX, a world leader in wireless product development, today announced the launch of a full range of OEM accessory products for DECT PABX suppliers bringing DECT functionality within the reach of all employees in businesses.

With this new product release RTX makes DECT available to small and medium sized organizations via DECT PABX systems partners.

“This is excellent news for our PABX manufacturer customers and system integrators, who can now extend their DECT PABX product portfolio to include a Business DECT Handset, a DECT repeater extending the DECT range, and a Wireless Telephone Line Extension unit making corded phones cordless” says Tage Rasmussen, CEO of RTX “We expect this addition to our portfolio to further boost our sales to DECT PABX suppliers, who can now use RTX as a one stop shop for their accessory products.”

OEM accessory Products
The Business DECT Handsets (CT8010S/CT8030S) offer all the essentials plus much more, such as high resolution color display along with user-friendly menu set-up. In addition, the handsets offer the unique possibilities of customization of a number of features. Furthermore, we can supply accessories such as memory cards for storing phone numbers and Bluetooth modules which will enable the usage of a Bluetooth headset with the handset. The Business DECT Handset is available in a high-end a mid-end version.

The DECT Repeater extends the range of DECT and can be utilized wherever there is a need to increase coverage or improve reception in areas shielded from the PABX base.

The Wireless Telephone Line Extension Unit is a phone jack that replaces the phone cable with a wireless radio link to be used for ordinary telephones in an office.
