Another great step in the history of Singapore has taken place towards budding employment and business opportunities. Servolve has taken the Employer's Pledge for Fair Employment Practices in Singapore and has signed the same on the 12th of April, 2011. The Fair Employment Practices scheme is an endorsement of the 5 key principles of fair employment practices unanimously concluded by the 3 government bodies - Ministry of Manpower (MOM), National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and Singapore National Employer's Federation (SNEF). The following points comprise the five allegiances to the five principles of fair employment:1. Recruit and select employees on the basis of merit and regardless of age, race, gender, religion, family status or disability
2. Treat employees fairly and with respect and implement progressive human resource management systems
3. Provide employees with equal opportunity to be considered for training and development based on their strengths and needs, to help them achieve their full potential.
4. Reward employees fairly based on their performance, contribution and experience
5. Abide by labor laws and adopt Tripartite Guidelines which promote fair and responsible employment practices.
