She was recognized as 'Inquisitive Achiever for Professional Education' by SEAS, in Global Women Achievers Awards at Ramada, Dehradun, Uttarakhand on January 19th 2019. She was Awarded for contribution in the field of Education in AWADH SAMMAN SAMAROH, organized by Samagra Seva Sansthan and Ek Pahal Welfare Foundation in International Baudh Auditorium,, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow on December 23rd 2018. She was conferred with ANAND - Dr.Pramila Pathak Memorial Award of Best Counseling Psychologist, 2016 by IPERA at 8th International conference of IPERA held at HIBS, Agra on Sep 25, 2016.

Presently working as Associate Professor, Human Development, Faculty of Home Science, Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan, Dr Shweta Dubey has 20 years experience of University teaching. She has always been among top students of her class throughout her academic career. She has done M.Sc. Home Science with specialization in Child Development from Banasthali; Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy from CHI-USA ; Neuro-linguistic programming - NLP Diploma and Practitioners from Mind Masters- Trivandrum ; Basic training of Gestalt therapy from CAPS -Trivandrum and Certificate of Life Skill Education from Christ University - Bengaluru. She is a trained counsellor and Life Coach. She loves to counsel and help people in distress with NLP and Hypnotherapy. Her PhD work is a Cross Sectional Study on Domestic Violence Across All Ages.

She has attended 50+ International and national seminars, conferences and workshops and has presented 50+ paper till now. She has 36 papers and articles published in various International and National Journals, Magazines and Edited books. She has also been awarded several times for her paper presentations and manuscripts.

She is life member of HSAI, AIAHE, ISC , RSA and some other reputed educational forums and associations.She is also the member of Board of Study and Faculty of Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan and also in the panel of Examiners and Board of Study of some private, state and central universities. As a member of advisory committee of several reputed institutions, she has played a stellar role in syllabus design for them.

At Banasthali, she has been instrumental for various National workshops, International and National conferences and National seminar as coordinator, organizing secretary and organizing committee member. She has been Resource Person for National Conferences and workshops and delivered Invited Lectures and also been panelists at various academic and welfare events.

She has served as NSS officer at Bnasthali for 4 years. She is a trained theater artist herself and associated with youth festival selection and cooperative committee. She has documented and presented many programs for community radio at University level. She has been instrumental in initiating informal education centre for villagers also. She has closely worked as co-coordinator for 4 training and welfare projects of UNICEF in Rajasthan. She has developed and implemented intervention programmes on reproductive health of women and adolescents, sex education and test anxiety and has also developed a test of creativity for preschoolers. Her major areas of interest are ECCE, Guidance and Counselling, Special Education and Elderly, Women and Child health.

On the occasion of 42nd Annual International Conference on Oriental Heritage, in a glittering function held at Shri Adya Katyayani Shaktipeeth Auditorium, Chhatarpur, Mehrauli, New Delhi on March 11th 2019, Prof Shweta Dubey presented a paper on "Significance of Vedic Sacraments in the Development of Child" and was Conferred with "Swami Vivekananda Excellence Award" for her contribution to popularization of ancient knowledge and linked in a befitting manner with modern perspective.

For Prof Shweta Dubey of Banasthali, winning various awards indeed seems to be a way of life.
