President of Boston Moving Company Earns National Award from United Van Lines
James Sullivan of Humboldt Storage and Moving Recognized with Operations Achievement Award at National Conference.Boston, MA, April 05, 2011 -- Humboldt Storage and Moving, greater Boston’s oldest moving company, United Van Lines agent and experts in low-stress moving has announced James Sullivan, president of the Boston-area moving company has recently received the Operations Achievement Award from United Van Lines.
The prestigious award was given to the Saugus, MA resident at the United Van Lines annual conference in St. Louis recently. The award is presented to an individual each year in a senior management role in the United Van Lines network. Sullivan, a 16-year veteran of the Boston moving company has also spent his entire career in the moving business, having worked his way through college in the business.
“This award really goes to the entire Humboldt Team,” stated Sullivan. “This team goes out every single day and helps people through the very stressful time of moving. While I’m honored to lead this team and welcome the recognition of our hard work, we all share the goal of being the best moving company we can be.”
Sullivan earned the award based on his exceptional leadership skills, his work to re-brand the moving company here in Boston, his exceptional passion for the business and the overall goal of helping people who are moving feel much more at ease during the moving process. Other criteria that United Van Lines felt important were Sullivan’s professionalism and integrity, and his ability to promote teamwork within Humboldt and the United Van Lines network.
