Oxford Instruments and Verichek Technical Services form new strategic business alliance for the sale of X-MET handheld XRF materials analyzers into the Scrap and PMI markets in the USA.

Oxford Instruments Inc. Concord, MA announces a new distribution agreement with Verichek Technical Services (VTS) to sell the X-MET handheld XRF analyzer into customers requiring scrap sorting and PMI testing capability in the United States of America commencing from April 1st 2011.

Oxford Instruments Industrial Analysis, the global supplier of XRF based materials analysis instruments, announces an agreement with Verichek Technical Services (VTS) based in Jefferson Hills, PA USA, to sell the X-MET handheld XRF analyzer into the scrap metal and PMI markets. Verichek already successfully offers Oxford Instruments’ OES (Optical Emission Spectroscopy) product range in the USA, and this new agreement complements their existing product portfolio and expertise.

Offering a quick local response across the USA, Verichek will sell and support the X-MET product for these markets through a sales & service network that will install & train, service, and calibrate instruments.
