CALGARY, ALBERTA (March 24, 2011) – Even though the company has a solid track record with many happy customers and partners, Print Audit® still seeks out new ways to improve its services. With Andy Crysdale, Print Audit’s new Chief Operations Officer, the print management company will be rolling out new initiatives internally and externally to streamline its processes and enhance its services.

With over 15 years of experience in technology and management industries, Crysdale brings extensive knowledge in areas of product management and organizational process improvements. Crysdale will be monitoring Print Audit’s support and service processes to identify ways to enhance the company’s customer interactions and internal systems.

Print Audit has experienced impressive growth over the last 11 years by ‘wowing’ its customers and delivering great products but Crysdale still has plans for improvements.

“I am convinced that with a few changes, our operations will perform seamlessly so we can deliver an even greater service experience to our customers and partners,” exclaims Crysdale. “One of my goals is to remove duplicated processes in our external interactions which will allow us to provide more support to our customers in a shorter period of time.”
