Fire protection specialist Wormald is expanding its service business with the acquisition of the service and maintenance division of BROOKS in Australia. BROOKS’s service division was predominantly operating in NSW.

BROOKS is a manufacturer and supplier of fire protection products across Australia, also providing training and after-sales service and support. The sale of its service division allows BROOKS to focus on its core area of manufacture, supply and technical support of product, while Wormald takes on the service, testing and maintenance of its fire equipment and systems.

“This is an excellent opportunity for Wormald to offer our expertise to a wider audience and ultimately grow our service business,” said Grant Le Helloco, Wormald Service Manager – Sydney.

“We’re working closely with the BROOKS team to provide a smooth transition for all customers.”
