Press release from: City Discovery

Combining exclusive discounts, free admission and transport, and detailed tourist information, City-Discovery.com’s multi-attraction passes are available for major destinations in the US, Europe and Australia.

Leading online tours and activities retailer, City-Discovery.com recommends multi-attraction city pass tickets for travelers looking to maximize their trip budgets. The all-in-one tickets provides free or discounted entrance to the cities’ biggest attractions, access to exclusive deals and offers, and even bundles free public transportation for most destinations. The tickets are available for most popular destinations in North America, Europe and Australia.

City-Discovery.com’s Head Product Manager Alessia Bianco says that most travelers usually buy multi-attraction tickets for the discounts, not realizing the value of the other benefits when they’re already there. “Skip-the-Line access to the more popular attractions is included in most of the passes. Many of our clients don’t focus on that when they purchase, but it’s very convenient especially during the peak tourist season.”

Many travelers find the maps and useful pocket guides that come bundled already give them a good overview of the city. The guides and brochures include information in different languages so even the most hapless tourist can explore the city with ease. Seasoned travelers, on the other hand are sure to appreciate details on the major sites to see, including fees and visiting hours.

As the premier tourist destination in the world, Paris is a notoriously expensive city to visit. Many famous landmarks and cultural hot spots mean constantly shelling out money for entrance fees and haggling with taxi drivers to get around the city. The Paris Pass offers free admission to 60 of the best tourist attractions around the City of Lights, including the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre Museum, the Orsay Museum and more. The Paris Pass also includes free Metro travel, public transport and a two-day hop-on hop-off bus ticket.

One of the must-see attractions for Netherlands this spring is the world-famous Keukenhof Gardens, where travelers can take advantage of free and fast-track entry with the Holland Pass. The Holland Pass gives visitors their choice of five free admissions from a comprehensive list of museums in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht. Skip-the-Line access is available for Madame Tussauds, Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, The Amsterdam Dungeon, Madurodam, Keukenhof Gardens and many more. Travelers should note that the Keukenhof Gardens are only in bloom and open to the public from March 24 to May 20 this year.

Multi-attraction city passes are also available in London, Milan, Stockholm, Lille and Budapest.

In North America, there are even more options for multi-attraction tickets. For San Francisco, travelers can choose from three different city pass products. The San Francisco Wharf Pass offers choices from 20 different activities in the city like the Golden Gate Bay Cruise, Ride the Ducks Land and Sea Tour, the Trolley Hop-on Hop-off, or a GoCar or bike rental. The pass is valid for two days and is limited to six activities.

Meanwhile, the Go San Francisco Card has a wider range of discounts in addition to free admission to many San Francisco and Napa and Sonoma Valley attractions. Travelers can save up to 20% on sightseeing tours, dining, souvenirs, wine and gift items. The Go Card validity options are from one to seven days and offers free entrance to more than 30 attractions like the Aquarium of the Bay, Exploratorium, Six Flags and the Seymour Marine Discovery Center.

Go Cards are also available for New York, San Francisco, Boston, Orlando, Miami, San Diego, Oahu, Toronto and Chicago.

The third option for San Francisco is the San Francisco CityPASS. The CityPASS combines free transport via a seven-day passport to the San Francisco Muni and Cable Car and access to five of the biggest San Francisco attractions: the Blue and Gold Fleet Bay Cruise Adventure, Aquarium of the Bay, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, De Young Museum and Legion of Honor Museum, with the option to swap the Exploratorium for the De Young and Legion of Honor Museum). The best thing about the CityPASS is the Skip-the-Line feature which can free up more time for exploring the city.

CityPASS tickets are also available for New York, Atlanta, Seattle, Chicago, Los Angeles, Boston, Toronto, Philadelphia and Houston.

Travelers down under can also take advantage of savings through the Big Blue Pass which bundles three tours across Australia for one low price. The Sydney Big Blue Pass offers the Blue Mountains and Grand Sydney Tour in Sydney plus gives an additional choice of another tour in a different Australian destination. The tours range from exploring the Pinnacles Desert or Litchfield National Park to hitting the beach at the Sunshine Coast or a Penguin Parade.

Big Blue Passes are also available for Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Hobart, Alice Springs, Perth and Darwin.
