Ace Parking Expands to it's 7th State

SAN DIEGO, CA – Ace Parking Management, Inc., one of North America’s largest privately-owned parking management companies, now has operations in Omaha, Nebraska, which is the company’s 7th state in which they operate.

“February 1st, 2011 was an exciting day for Ace Parking as we expanded operations into Nebraska,” said Keith Jones, Managing Principle. “When my grandfather started Ace Parking in 1950 with one parking lot in downtown San Diego, I don’t think he ever anticipated we would be operating in seven states. I believe our 60+ years of success can be attributed to our transparent business practices and high levels of customer service and that has allowed us to expand across the US.”

Ace Parking has expanded their operations by 30% over the last five years, in which two of those years were during a major downturn in the economy. “Over the last 61 years, our company has seen many fluctuating economies, but we have continued to grow because of our proactive partnerships with our clients where the number one goal is to drive up net operating income and customer service levels,” says CEO John Baumgardner.

Ace Parking will provide Parking Management Services and valet services for the newly renovated City Center Garage and Doubletree Hotel in downtown Omaha. The garage has 800 self parking stalls completely automated with the latest PARC System.
