IT Glue Announces New Ticket Integration with ConnectWise and Autotask
Deeper PSA Ticket Integrations to Enhance MSP Efficiency and Access to Information
VANCOUVER - Mar. 12, 2019 - IT Glue™, the world’s market-leading documentation platform, announced today the highly anticipated release of deep ticket integrations with two of the most widely used PSA platforms by its partners, ConnectWise and Autotask. These new integrations offer Managed Service Providers (MSPs) greater visibility into the tickets associated with specific contacts and configurations, as well as quicker access to the documentation required to solve them.
The launch of these new ticket integrations supports IT Glue’s commitment to being an open, platform-agnostic vendor in the IT space, and its mission to continue providing MSPs of all shapes and sizes the tools they need to run as efficiently as possible.
