Günter Laubinger (46) is the new departmental head of Contracting and Procurement at BBB

Günter Laubinger (46) takes over the lead in the field of Contracting and Procurement. In this position, he is responsible for the examination of project specific contracts in the scope of technical due diligences (TDD). The engineering graduate has a wide experience of operational functions within major companies in the wind industry. Most recently he worked as a sales engineer and sales area manager at GAMESA in Spain, responsible for the German and Eastern sales activities.

BBB clients will benefit from a more precise design of supply and maintenance contracts for wind turbine generators (WTG) contracts with general contractors (GC) and other supply and construction contracts.

In his new role, Laubinger reinforces the business area construction supervision and wind measurement.

BBB Umwelttechnik GmbH is based in Gelsenkirchen and Weiden. It is among the leading German consulting service providers in the field of wind energy. The company has 24 employees. Its service spectrum includes technical due diligence, specialist reports on wind and wind measurement, project engineering, project planning and construction supervision.

BBB is a member of the specialist wind committee of the BWE (Germany’s federal wind energy association) and several technical committees of the FGW (Wind Energy Development Association). The company is accredited to provide wind measurement and to compile expert reports on reference yields in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005.
