EuropaFeldberg strengthens its Investment team with appointment of Stephan Schaal

The European property fund manager, EuropaFeldberg, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephan Schaal (39) to its investment team as Investment Director. Stephan will be instrumental in launching EuropaFeldberg’s new Western Europe core office property fund, which aims to secure a high and sustainable annual return for its investors and other investment funds to follow.

Stephan Schaal has extensive experience in the areas of acquisition, fund and portfolio management. Over the past 12 years, he has been involved in commercial real estate investments, across Europe, with a transaction volume of over €1.1 billion. This has included transactions across a range of sectors, particularly offices, in strategies ranging from core to value-added.

Prior to joining EuropaFeldberg, Stephan Schaal spent over four years as Director of Curzon/AEW, a European real estate fund manager based in London. Between 2005 and 2007, he was at Henderson Global Investors in London. Previously, he spent over four years with Invesco (formerly HypoVereinsbank), where he focused on real estate portfolio management.
