Press release from: Credibility International

Tim Hart of Credibility International is recognized in first listing of experts by Who’s Who Legal.

Washington, DC, February 25, 2011 -- Leading forensic accountant and expert on damages, Tim Hart of Credibility International has been included in the 2011 edition of The International Who’s Who of Commercial Arbitration: Expert Witnesses – the first ever listing of experts by Who’s Who Legal.

Nominees were selected based on comprehensive, independent survey work with both general counsel and private practice lawyers worldwide. Only specialists who met independent international research criteria were listed.

The inclusion acknowledges the growing significance of this field and Tim’s work. The cases are complex and involve significant sums of money. Tim has an impressive record as an independent expert, advising tribunals and courts in complex financial matters. Tribunals have awarded exact figures he’s presented and followed his methodologies. With more than 25 years in professional practice, Tim has worked in disputes and investigations practices of three large global accounting and consulting firms. He established Credibility International last year.

Tim's international work has involved both treaty and contract cases with claimed damages in the hundreds of millions or billions of US dollars. Parties to these cases have been from the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia involving ICSID, NAFTA, ICC, AAA, SMA and ad hoc arbitrations. He has been instructed by governments and investors. He has served as an arbitrator. His expert assignments have been split about evenly between claimant and respondent.

“I’m pleased to be included in this edition of Who’s Who,” says Tim Hart of Credibility International. “Our work involves our clients’ most difficult, high stakes problems. It is nice to be chosen for this global recognition.”
