United Engineering Consultants Announces Eight New Condominium Restoration and Maintenance Projects on Florida’s East Coast
In January, United Engineering Consultants was selected to provide project management and inspections of new roof replacement projects at the Creston House Condominium and Windjammer Condominium in St Augustine, Florida and Eastwinds Condominium in Ponce Inlet, Florida.In addition, United Engineering Consultants has been selected to provide building condition survey inspections at the Mark Condominium in Cocoa Beach, Florida; SandDollar One Condominium in St Augustine, Florida and the Royal Palm Condominium and Coconut Palm Condominium in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
Schooner Point Condominium in New Smyrna Beach, Florida has also contracted with United Engineering Consultants to specify and bid structural concrete repair and protection work and perform contract administration and inspections during the work, review their reserve funding and help them review Owners renovation plans.
