Top LA Lawyers Help Injured Victims Get Settlement in Rear-End Collision
Los Angeles – Expert personal injury attorneys of Mesriani Law Group, one of LA’s leading law firms, have successfully negotiated for the settlement of claims by two injured victims of a rear-end collision that occurred in December 2009.According to the victims, they were traveling westward near the intersection of Devonshire Street and Wilbur Avenue when the incident happened. As they were slowing down to a red traffic light, another car, traveling in the same direction, failed to stop and rear-ended their vehicle with a strong impact.
The victims said the force of the impact was so strong that the driver who was wearing seat belt during the collision was jolted up and her head hit the top of her vehicle and the headrest. Similarly, the passenger in the front seat who was also wearing her seat belt also suffered injuries. The collision also caused significant damages to the car.
The victims were later transported to Northridge Hospital Medical Center, located at 18300 Roscoe Blvd., Northridge, CA 91328, (818) 885-5396.
Both the driver and her passenger complained of headache, neck and back pain and blurred vision. Further examination by doctors revealed that the victims suffered from whiplash and spine injuries.
Eventually, they also they experienced pain in the abdomen and pelvis which required further treatment and hospitalization.
