DSI Celebrates 25 Years in Precision Thin Film Coatings & 2 Supplier Awards in 2010!

Deposition Sciences, Inc. (DSI), manufacturer of highly durable thin film optical coatings, announces the company is celebrating 25 years of providing reliable and rugged optical thin film coatings to industries such as biomedical, aerospace, military/defense, ophthalmology, lighting, imaging, life sciences, digital projection/display, telecommunications, and entertainment. Coincidentally, DSI has also been honored this year with two prestigious awards for outstanding performance, products, and service, from two separate companies.

According to DSI president Lee Bartolomei, “We are delighted to receive these two awards, particularly this year, as we celebrate our 25th anniversary. Our mission is to provide the most durable, highly stable, precision optical thin film coatings in the world, along with uncompromised service to our customers. The first award received acknowledges DSI as a supplier of the year for the health industry in the areas of ‘quality, delivery, lead-time and productivity.’ The second award, from a government contractor, was received for ‘excellence and exemplary performance.’ We are honored to be selected as a winner and, as the award letter notes, ‘as one of a small, elite group of suppliers that has maintained the highest standards in supplier performance, with consistent quality of services and on-time delivery.’”
