PHILADELPHIA, PA, FEBRUARY 1, 2011 - MCS Management Services, a leading provider of on-site business support and managed services, today announced the release of a Version 2.0 of their proprietary web application, MCSaXis™ Online Portal.

The latest version builds off the application's foundation of putting MCS clients in direct communication with in-house staff, offering hands-on project management via real time reporting and status notifications. The new credit card billing feature offers a better way to manage corporate charge backs, specifically those hard to track expenditures surrounding the soft services within an organization.

"The new credit card processing feature of MCSaXis™ helps our clients achieve a more efficient cost allocation and charge back practice for many of the on-site services we manage, especially within our document and print centers, records management, mail centers and shipping operations," said Daniel Carroll, Manager of Client Technology Services at MCS Management Services.

Other enhancements to the application include a brighter user interface, document repository and the ability for end-users to save details about their request, such as job instructions, shipping addresses and other information to eliminate duplicitous data entry.
